I think they should be if they're not. These guys have done this before. They're good at it. They'll do it again until they do get caught. The final resolution will involve some kind of settlement the way I envision things ending, though I am reluctant to grant any closure that doesn't account for the shareholders. The Xyience shareholders will have to wait a long time to even get once slice of the old pie. My case is ironically the farthest along since its filing, and it has the potential to be the first to go to trial. I would like to see the bankruptcy court set aside $15 million for the shareholders and other creditors and distribute it evenly. Do you not know that several government agencies are about to close the net on Pike and his cronnies? I invested money in Xyience, as did my family, only to see Pike piss it away at the casino. All the 350 original Xyience investors were duped by Pike and his money raising crooks. Justice is right around the corner from what I have been told. As much as I hate to say it, my stock was still good when Pike was CEO- He had a vested interest in a Xyience IPO. Everyone was so busy throwing Pike off the Xyience bus, under the rear tires, stopping the bus, and backing up and running him over again, that they failed to see the bridge to the IPO was out and there was nothing but a Fertitta Cliff ahead.
