I look forward to Rich posting our emails as long as they are in their entirety so we ALL can see who had the attitude. Once again you did not verify your information. If you have an inside source at Xyience as you claim than that source would have told you that Adam Roseman and Arc investments have not been with the company for close to three weeks. That same source would have told you that the new CEO is a Harvard graduate and a former prosecutor for Los Angeles and also has credentials off of Wall Street with over 20 years of experience. Also, the same source should have told you that Xyience was just audited FULLY by an independent company from Colorado, AJ Robbins, forensic Accounting and Russell Pike received not one dime and in fact is owed money by Xyience. The same source would have told you that Russell has not been the CEO for close to three months.

You see, as I tried to explain to Rich, we wanted him to come to Xyience H.Q. and interview Russell in person. He was told that he could ask ALL of his listed questions that he sent me. News: there is NO conspiracy going on here. I said that we are investigating persons who have been a part of a extortion scheme, one of which has already been arrested and is due back in court on April 11th, 2007 for several charges of extortion and aggravated stalking.

I also emailed you back and clearly stated that I mis-wrote one portion, that portion being access to Dana White. I told you that Russell would facilitate information for the interview. You would have NEVER had access for a personal interview. We wanted you to have the opportunity to see Xyience and all the good we are doing for this industry. I never expected you to “sweep,” anything away. You would just have had the opportunity to interview and see Xyience at first hand. You said that a ticket was not in the budget and we offered to fly you out, what is fishy about that?

Dana has NEVER received any monies from any source at Xyience and is COMPLETELY separate from Xyience. There are NO current investigations into Xyience or anyone associated with Xyience.

You are right, there are consequences for actions. When persons write or make statements that are libelous, there are consequences. You have made certain libelous statements which are untrue and people should have the common sense to disregard them as untrue. In your conspiracy theory, did it include a trip out to Vegas and to have your one-on-one interview that included answering all your questions? Who is dodging the truth now? Lets see if you have enough integrity to keep this up and let everyone see our side.

Seeing your side is tough when you will not answer the questions I have submitted to you unless I fly to your headquarters. I have left messages for multiple Xyience employees and received no response. The information you mention here is a mere formality, a minor oversight on my part as far as the current CEO. I left at least two messages for Adam Roseman who had ample opportunity to explain to me he was no longer the CEO. Russell Pike knows my number. He can call me if he would like to offer his side of the story. Anyone who cares to explain the Xyience perspective to me can feel free to call me as well. John Chadwell has my number, also.

How about the rest of the information I mentioned above? Are you going to try and dispute the bulk of this report by pinning it on some wild extorton conspiracy? Your emails and the messages you left on my voicemail will all come to light to show that I gave you plenty of chances to respond, and you would only agree if I flew out to Las Vegas.

I have told Mr. Chadwell on several occasions now that if Xyience wishes to dispute my evidence or officially charge me with either libel or slander, I will welcome the chance to produce documentation and direct evidence of everything I have reported on the company and Russell Pike’s prior and current activity. Regardless of whether Mr. Pike is acting as CEO of the company, he is clearly still connected. Chadwell even mentions above that I could interview Mr. Pike at Xyience Headquarters. That means he is still based there and obviously must still have some responsibilities there.

Dana White, the UFC and to some extent Xyience have made the sport grow as fast as it has for the good of the fighters and the fans. Xyience has paid more to the fighters than all other sponsors combined. Xyience has sponsored MMA websites and helped to make UFC available on free TV. Xyience is great for the sport.

Your goal is to drudge up regurgitated past history that was feed to you by a source that we both know, what would have been your loss to actually see things in person, ask you questions in person? What happened to your inside source? It was not an oversight, you have no inside source as you claim.

Xyience products are now in tens of thousands of stores in the United States and Canada. By the end of 2007, Xyience products will be in over 100,000 stores worldwide. It is one of the greatest business and brand success stories in recent years.

Russell and Xyience just wanted the reporter to see the truth and not listen to people that are under arrest and have an axe to grind with no real knowledge of the facts.

Can anyone agree that you where being objective and non-bias before you published this “piece,” Who had already made up their mind here? Looks like from this email, it is you. You email reads below:

That’s why you are a security guard and not a real cop. You have no idea what the hell you are talking about. I do not really need their help to get a good story. I already have that. What I need their help for is to get a better story, but I’m willing to wait for the judge and jury to find out that tale if need be. As for my communicating with Neiber on his profile, how do you even know he set that profile up? Even if I did communicate with the person running that profile, I will not be using a shred of what he told me in any of my future pieces. I have expanded my research tremendously, and I am marketing the story to several high profile magazines right now. I know it all my friend. I bet you don’t even know what I know. Mr. Chadwell’s comments here are baseless ramblings. He has absolutely no evidence that any of my information is false. He knows that, so–rather than attack the complete validity of my story–he is trying to dismantle little semantic pieces that have nothing to do with the real matter at hand: Xyience’s history involving Russell Pike. Tell Mr. Pike to answer the questions if he has nothing to hide.

All of those links are to articles written over six years ago. Clearly speculation is involved in instances and why would the writer not go to Las Vegas if he was offered an interview? Where is your proof that Xyience has done something wrong?

The articles were written a long time ago, but my point in including them is to offer proof that Mr. Pike has a history of questionable financial dealings. As for why I will not go to Las Vegas, that is pretty simple. Why should I have to? I handle an incredible amount of work on this Web-site by myself. I have already had multiple delays this month because of my grandparents both dying within three weeks of each other. I do not have the time to fly all the way out to Vegas and lose at least another full day of work for something anyone at Xyience could facilitate over a phone line. The real question is why does Xyience want me to fly there in order to obtain an interview? As for my proof, this story is merely installment one of a series. Here I have simply laid the groundwork for future stories. The point is not that Xyience is doing anything illegal as a corporate entity right now that we know of. The point is that the company was built and created by a man with a questionable history. We are finding out new information daily and already have enough information to write a non-fiction book on the subject. The proof is going to be laid out soon enough. We have multiple sources with many different perspectives on how this company developed over the years and the way the creator operated during that company’s rise to the top.

I see your point but dont you think your story should be on the creator of the company and not the company. It just seems that you are messing with the lives of everyone who works for the company. If you are concerned with peoples lives why are you putting out a piece that could hurt their future as a whole?

Xyience’s General Counsel Pete Rinato told me today that Pike is no longer in the building, so why would this random guy (who is just a consultant according to Rinato) offer to fly me out there and talk to Russell Pike in person at Xyience headquarters when he doesn’t even work there or have an office there? Something is rotten in Denmark. Quick preview of the next piece: Xyience lost almost $56 million last year.

The fact is that Russell Pike is still a major share holder and runs the apparel division. He may be out of the office, but he is still a big factor. As for Rinato-he is Russell’s right hand man and still hangs out with pike daily at the sportsbook. Pete is not innocent by a long shot. I could go on all day long about all the lawsuits pending. Like Dymatize suing Xyinece for 2.1 million for failure to pay for the NOX they made for them. Phoenix Labs is Owed 5oo grand for the pill supplements. They still have yet to be paid. The flavor house that created the first flavors of Xynergy still have to be paid. While Xyience was taking it to other Flavor Houses to get them to replicate it. Cause they are shady and did not pay the bill. Well thats a small community. So the Flavor houses contact eachother and find out what Xyience is doing. Or Real Fighter Magazine getting screwed over by Pike. The list goes on and on. Anyone at fight news feel free to contact me. Kirik. You really should get away from them. What ever happened to The Xyience Skateboard ??? I heard that Xyience never lived up to that deal either. They never paid the guy the license fee that they agreed to.. He worked 8 months and developed an apparel line which included denim, hoodies, hats and t’s and alot more to bring it to the ASR Show in San Diego and Xyience never paid the advertising bill, never paid for the wood to make the skateboards with, never paid for the booth, never paid the advertising firm that created the ads, never paid for the material to make the sample apparel with…. They screwed that guy too. I understand that he lived up to the agreement, but Xyience never did…. I wonder what he is waiting for to file his lawsuit, there’s millions there too…… Xyience and Russell Pike along with Pete Rinato have hurt the lives of alot of good people… Everyone get’s their come-uppins in the end, and Russell Pike I am sure will get his…

Hey I am just a MMA fan from the midwest who loves the sport and wants to see it grow and unfortunately when something grows and becomes such a revenue vehicle there is going to be alot of corrupted companies that are attracted to the sport. Just look at NFL NBA MLB every major sport has some somewhere in it somehow I believe the bigger the sport gets the more accountable the ownership will become when something explosed onto the scene like the “UFC” has I am sure there are alot of deals going on in every aspect of the business. I know that Dana White has done more for MMA than anyone else in the sports history to bring it to mainstream And “if” there was deals made for advertisement or anything else as long as it didnt hurt the fighters, fans, or the sport what are you so concerened about? I believe you have some good points if you were doing a piece about a particular fighter who got screwed out of there sponsorship money. But as for me I believe that Xyience has done a great deal in the promotion of the sport. And if they have really just concluded an audit… well it just all seems pretty circumstancial and unrelivant to MMA and fight news dont you think? I think anyone who is interested in the continued promotion of the sport should keep it about the sport and not about the companies or individuals who has been instrimental in its growth. I bet if it wasnt for Dana White and his business dealings you wouldnt even have this website and even if you did I can guarrantee you wouldnt have the interest in MMA. Just something you may want to think about.

Jayson, it IS hurting the fighters, that’s the point. Every time a big promoter or sponsor gets involved in serious corruption, the fighter is the first to get screwed. Word is lots of fighters aren’t getting paid their sponsorships by Xyience. Your philosophy seems to be hey, there’s corruption everywhere, so let’s let it slide as long as certain people don’t get hurt by it. What about the people who had their life savings snatched away? What about criminal activity and corruption? It sounds like you’re happy to see all this crazy b/s going on as long as it doesn’t hurt your chance to watch a good fight. You’re saying forget justice, let’s just focus on something else because these fights are good. You want to know something: I’ve gotten this far without writing much at all about the UFC, and I’ll get farther still without writing about them. They may be a big dog, but they are not the only one in the fight. I turned down Xyience’s offer of exclusive access to the UFC and DANA WHITE in exchange for sweeping the real story under the rug. Some people would be salivating to get acess to the UFC and DANA WHITE if all they had to do was sell out, but why would they even offer that deal unless they had something serious to hide? At some point in your life you have to do what’s right. You have to support the right cause, and if it just so happens that you have to go up against one of the most powerful organizations in your field of business, then if they are wrong you have to tell people no matter what the consequences. If you don’t, you’re just looking the other way like everyone else, letting it perpetuate because you don’t have the backbone to do something about it. If I never get anohter interview with any UFC fighter and get banned from ever attending any UFC event, it will be worth it to see justice done. The UFC had jack shit to do with me being here right now and having this Web-site. I worked hard, and I never gave up. I did what was right, and I kept at it. That’s what got me here.

Keep it about the sport? THIS IS ABOUT THE SPORT!! There are fighters putting their health on the line to slug it out in the cage, and you’d think if anybody should make the big profits, it’s them. The fighters should be getting the lion’s share, and all this corruption and greed going on just puts their sponsorships in jeopardy. It’s not only all about the sport, this story IS THE SPORT. Jayson, in a world of followers you are the last one in line. In a world of leaders I have been the first one to step up and say let’s do what we should and right a wrong.

My only point was we live in a country were you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and I have not read anywhere that Xience Inc. has been charged with any criminal wrong doing nor has Dana White so in my eyes they are innocent until a jury of there piers finds them guilty. I was not trying to get into some kind of ethical discussion about the subject however my point is still the same. If fighters are not getting paid, then why not interview someone who has been stolen from? From what I can see Xyience has hired one of the leading CA based companies to handle the company and has hired Roseman as interum CEO with a great resume. I dont believe a company like ARC would even get involved if any crimal wrong doing had taken place. Do you? I sure hope the fighters are getting paid because your right they do deserve it!!! I just think think Dana and Xyience HAS HELPED the sport far more than anyone else. I am not talking about penny annie things I am talking 10s of 1000s of people are now watching this sport. The point I was, and am still making is in the beginning the power is usually in the control of the “companies who have footed the bill” the UFC has still not broke even. Just wait and see. What I am saying is the ground work has been laid. Now there are other fish swimming in the sea ie Mickey’s, HBO, Toyo, ect ect ect.. who are getting on board and the fighters are getting sponsorship opportunities. That is only going to continue as the sport grows. Until one day which I think will be very soon they will not be scratching around for Joes Tire shop on the corner anymore asking them to sponsor them. They will all have sponsors calling them. And they will then have the power to say yeh or ney. I believe that UFC Dana White and Xyience have created that opportunity. That is all I was saying. And I do care if someone got screwed out of there life savings, but if they are really owed it, I am sure they will be getting it or filing a lawsuit to receive what they have coming to them dont you think? And I am sure if anyone is owed they will be paid before someone risks a public proceeding coming out of a lawsuit. Your return comment was taken as someone who cares as do many fans. Yes you may have made it your job to be more involved than I am. However I myself would not have shut the door on the UFC unless I was sure my story was the smokin gun that could put the facts in there hands Instead of speculation. Thats just me though. Jayson, read the follow up stories and you will find that Roseman and ARC Investments backed out. The Xyience lawyer told me he was “not at liberty to discuss his exit” when I asked about Roseman leaving. I appreciate your passion for the sport, and I think you make some good points, but I think all three stories I have laid out here show that something is really wrong in the business. There is no doubt that Dana White has done great things for the sport. Yet, at the same time he is associating with a known felon, and he has helped that felon’s company rise to the top. Without Xyience’s association with the UFC, they would still be a tiny little mom and pop outfit.

There is doubt in my mind that Xyience has done much to improve the sport. From all accounts I’ve heard, Xyience has made few good products. I am actually having documents sent to me that prove some of their original products were just sugar and water. This company is crooked to the core, and why would the UFC need to have a company as their major sponsor when that company just lost 56 million dollars last year? Don’t you think they could find a more profitable company? As far as why I got involved and what risks I’m taking to expose this, I can only tell you I had a free trip to Las Vegas offered to me and a full-fledged promise to have all the access I wanted to the UFC in exchange for just writing the good stuff. It was dog and pony show tricks like that which inspired me to look further. Underneath the surface of what seems like a nice, responsible corporation are the thieves who built it off the backs of better men than themselves. If you build a house after robbing a bank, the house could look great and it could become a prime piece of property, but it’s still only there because someone broke the law. If nobody knows about how it got there, there’s no justice. I think you are defending the corporate mission of Xyience and their philanthropy toward UFC fighters. I guess it is the money they’ve put into the pockets of the fighters you care most about, but if that is dirty money, how good is that for the sport to let it keep on rolling in when other legitimate sponsors without a history of corruption could fill the gap? At the same time you are defending Xyience and thinking I am obscuring the good things Xyience has done, you are neglecting to notice the fact that I later explain that my beef is not with the company. My beef is with the people who helped build it into what it is now by screwing investors who put the lion’s share of the money in, and there is a reason the new corporate staff is trying to push Russell Pike as far away as possible. He is the one who initiated that behavior. As far as the smoking gun, I would not put together this series without evidence backing up all I have written. I have stacks of documents and court paperwork to back up my claims here. You can actually read some of thesedocuments yourself in my follow up stories. I’ve also had conversations with government agents and many professionals in the industry who have all told the same story of how Mr. Pike operates. Trust me, he will see that jury of his peers someday soon.

I disagree with this statement! It is true that the UFC partnership has been a great force behind getting the Xyience brand name out there, but IT IS NOT THE ONLY REASON XYIENCE HAS BLOWN UP. Xyience’s marketing program goes far beyong the UFC. Partnerships with The World Poker Tour, MTV, VH1, Spike TV, AMA Motorcross, Celebrity Fit Club, Pro’s & Joe’s, etc. have also been instrumental in demonstrating a high quality/premium appeal to the public. On top of that, as far as the Xyience energy drink is concerned, unique flavors and attributes really set up Xyience for success in a list of no name alternatives. The energy drink market alone is exploding! Rich, I do believe however that you have put a ton of work into this article, and I am extremely excited to see where it leads!!! Peace OuT

Decent points, but when did those other marketing efforts take off? The Poker Tour and Motor Cross partnership were both brokered after the UFC sponsorship, and I am pretty sure it was Russell Pike who was in charge through those deals. The UFC is what put Xyience in a position to be able to even afford more expansive marketing. As far as their supplements and drinks, I have looked at tons of message boards and forums where the majority of people complain about the poor taste of Xyience products and the only one that gets any respect is their latest Cran-Jazz drink. I have no doubt Xyience can see success in the future with new leadership, but at the same time I truly hope they somehow make ammends for the damage they’ve done to so many honest people. As I’ve said before, my beef is not with the company itself, and I don’t even really have a beef at all. I’m simply trying to report on a great story.

Do you know how hard it is to file a lawsuit after your life savings has been ripped from you, from that cocksucker russell pike. Do you know what its like to be told by a lawyer that you dont have enough money to pursue you lawsuit because you dont have anymore money because it has been stolen from you. You obviously dont know a god damn thing that has happened or the true facts of this case. I am related to the family that got fucked over in this case, im not saying names on here, rich knows which family im talking about. So I reccomend you open your mouth and insert your MOTHER FUCKIN FOOT before you try to say the people that got fucked over are going to get their money.

I will reserve judgement for a little longer. you are supposed to be innocent until proven guilty and I have not read anywhere that Xience Inc. has been charged with any criminal wrong doing nor has Dana White so in my eyes they are innocent until a jury of there piers finds them guilty.

Scott, I gave Mr. Pike himself plenty of opportunities to explain to me it was all a big mistake and I’ve got him pegged as a con-man unfairly. He declined time and time again. I also think it’s laughable that you think it’s only his past and the Las Vegas Sun stories I’ve posted links to that I’ve presented here as direct evidence as to his character. Did you miss the page worth of documents I have on the XYIENCE SERIES page? Pike and Xyience are being sued NOW by multiple different individuals and enitities. It’s no longer just about his questionable past. This whole series of stories is evidence of a continuing pattern of fraud, deception, greed, and criminal behavior by Mr. Pike that’s still going on today. The fact that he has not been convicted of any crime yet is only a testament to his extremely organized and well-orchestrated strategy that has been honed and sharpened over years of fine-tuning and practice. He’s a master con and an expert at his criminal craft, and I’ll give him the credit for being slick, but as far as guilt is concerned judges and juries are not the only way to tell if a man is a criminal. Identity theft happens all day every day and is perpetrated by people who sometimes never get caught, never go before a judge, and never go to jail. Does that make those crooks any less responsible for the damage they’ve done and lives they’ve ruined? Trust me, you will see the light when the indictments come down and will be forced to change your tune then.

Anyone can sue anyone for any reason… just because “Mr. Pike and Xyience are being sued NOW by multiple different individuals and entities,” doesn’t make them guilty. When you have a good thing going, it is expected that people will come out of the woodwork, lawyer up, and try to sue to get a piece of the pie. You have to keep in mind that there are people out there who see a good thing and want to get a peice of the auction now that Xyience has taken off… I fail to see how Mr Pike is responsible for any investor putting his “life Savings” in Xyience… You should only invest what you can afford to lose… and if they lost their monies, it is not by any fault of Mr. Pike.

Bryant is not a source of mine, and I am not writing this story for any personal reasons. You are the one who seems to take it personal with your racial slurs and insults. I am writing this series for the main purpose of exposing the truth, and nothing I have found yet has led me to believe anything I’ve written is not the truth. I have documents backing up my facts and evidence stacked to the ceiling. All you have is your own personal experience with the Pikes. They may have treated you fairly, but that doesn’t seem like the case with lots of other people who have been victimized by them. If you are willing to put your money where your mouth is and tell your side of the story, I’d be willing to post it here for all to see. As for the war, I don’t agree with it either.

You are now making things up, John.

1) The man in question was arrested. More than 7 years ago, in San Diego, in the aftermath of a bar fight.
The incident is long forgotten and has nothing to do with you, your company or this situation.

2) You failed to mention the ‘charges’ on April 11 are the result of chickshit affidavits filed by Mr. Solomon himself. These affidavits claim Mr. Solomon was “frightened” by the other man. Some people have suggested Mr. Solomon was screwing the guys wife at the time he asked the police to protect him.

Do you want to add these facts next time you bring out your little scenarios?

1) The chargeswhere seven years ago and are related to this case because the “man,” arrested (NEIBER) was arrested for STALKING, DEATH THREATS AND EXTORTION. He has a warrant in Orange County California for the SAME charges. He has an active warrant in Las Vegas for violation of a T.P.O. order. He is due back in Aug. to face his orginal charges as well as getting hooked up for the new ones… Just make the call to Clark County and the will give verification.

I knew Andrew personally, and I can tell you the stories about him are totally true. He was totally distraught when he found out that the company had no money to pay me or return any of his father-in-laws investments. Yet while Andrew had to move his wife and two kids out of their home in shame, Russell Pike and his wife continued to take their kids to expensive PRIVATE school in new, expensive cars. This guy is a first class piece of crap…

Rich, nice work on this project. You have Russell Pike pegged to a tee. I personally know the man and used to associate with him on a social level. I have been with in casinos dozens of times and he is a serious gambler. Sports betting is his passion but he also plays table games and high limit slots. I have witnessed Russell place many many sports bets for $50,000-$250,000 Russell is actually one of the best sports bettors you will ever meet. He knows many sports very well and could easily make a living beting sports. Like all gambling addicts he lives for the rush and his downfall is that he cannot stick with betting straight bets. His weakness is parley tickets. He loves 3-4 team parlay bets which are widely known as sucker bets but he is good enough at sports betting that he does hit some of these bets which fuels his addiction. Obviuosly they do not build casinos from people winning. Parlay bets have slowly eaten Russell alive and the parlay bets are what have sent Russell to prison not once but twice. When Russell takes a beating in gambling and is down and out he reverts to straight bets to build his cash back up. Inevitably he recovers and slowly reverts to his parlays. The cycle is vicious and understandably he will never get ahead and his gambling addiction will be his downfall again someday. Karma does work and Russell lives the life he deserves. He has had 3 wives and numerous children. He has little to do with any of them and is a true sociopath. He has also had several children out of wedlock and is currently cheating on his girlfriend “Jennifer”. (who is a gold digging whore). His brother Billy is also a piece of work. Billy has been sponging off Russell for years. Russell has shit on his own parents many many times. His father is a doctor in vegas and they have stood by Russell on many occasions for some unkonow reason. (Rusell is adopted.) At this time I do not think they have anything to do with him. I love the UFC fights and know little of Xyeince but I do know as long as they are tied to Russell they have problems. The only thing Rusell cares aboout is Russell, money and gambling. Rich I commend you for your work and this man will pay in the end. As much money as Russell has I know for a fact his life sucks. Being an accitive addict of anything is a dead end.
