As a former employee of Xyience I will tell you that the bulk of the accusations from Bergeron are false. I was an employee of Xyience before the GNC contract and a week after signing Chuck Liddell. One thing that does bother me is the alleged comments posted by Billy Pike. It seems to me that these comments are completely fraudulent. There is no way Billy Pike would post anything in this nature. The only accusations posted that have a little bit of truth is the posting of some previous charges filed years and years before Xyience was conceived and nothing to do with Xyience at all. In my eyes Bergeron is a criminal in his own mind. I hope he gets all that is coming to him.

Interesting Stuff, I wonder if this company will tank much like GCA under similar leadership

Imagine you were just walking down the street minding your own business and someone just walked right up to you in front of a crowd of people and beat you with a baseball bat until it broke over your skull. From intensive care you get a summons from the same guy who just beat you down. He’s suing you because he claims you broke his baseball bat. That’s how it feels to be in my position.

Hi Rich, I hope 2009 is going well for you.

Anything further on Xyience shareholders, or any progress on any investigations that could potentially lead to some recovery?

I still google every few days to try to find updates, but haven’t seen anything at all.

I know they had a class action lawsuit growing….but haven’t seen much movement.

    Thanks.
