“HDNet Fights: Maximum Fighting Championship – Breaking Point,” headlines a full night of MMA including “Inside MMA” with Frank Mir and Dan Henderson and Josh Thompson on “Fighting Words with Mike Straka”
DALLAS (November 11, 2010) HDNet, your home for MMA, is bringing you an action-packed line up of LIVE MMA action and expert analysis tomorrow night, Friday, November 12.

“HDNet Fights: Maximum Fighting Championship – Breaking Point” airs LIVE from The River Cree Casino in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada at 10:00 p.m. ET. In the main event of the evening, rising stars will collide as Douglas Lima (16-4) meets Jesse Juarez (15-5) for the MFC Welterweight title. The participants bring a combined 13-fight winning streak into the ring in what promises to be a hotly contested affair.

In the co-main event of the evening, Ryan “The Real Deal” Ford (12-3) meets Pete “The Secret Weapon” Spratt (21-18) in a rematch of their controversial 2008 bout. On that night Ford was victorious via rear naked choke, but landed two uncontested (and some would say illegal) blows after the bell in the first round. A video preview of this fight is available at:

In other action, Rodney Wallace (9-3) meets David Heath (16-6), Razak Al-Hassan (10-2) takes on Dwayne Lewis (12-5), Kajan Johnson (17-11) faces Ryan Healy (19-8), and Dhiego Lima (3-0) squares off with Bill Fraser (2-1).

Also, “Inside MMA” is back this week at 9:00 p.m. ET as Kenny and Bas are joined by UFC Heavyweight contender Frank Mir and Strikeforce headliner Dan Henderson. The crew sets the stage for UFC 122, Mir talks about who he wants to fight next, and Henderson explains how his fight with Renato “Babalu” Sobral came together. Plus Ron Kruck goes inside the America’s Top Team Gym in Coconut Creek, FL.

And, join us at 8:30 p.m. ET for an all new “Fighting Words with Mike Straka,” featuring this week’s guest, Josh Thomson. The former Strikeforce Lightweight champion talks about struggling to make it as a fighter and his rise and fall as champion.
