New York, May 16-Philadelphia’s “The Gentleman” Chazz Witherspoon (17-0, 11 KO’s) is the latest, talented youngster to be added to the impressive Jermain Taylor-Cory Spinks card set for Saturday night, May 19 at the FedEx Forum in Memphis.
Witherspoon will face St. Charles , Missouri ’s Joe Stofle (10-10, 9 KO’s) in an eight round heavyweight tilt. The hard-hitting Witherspoon is looking to make a mark in the dormant heavyweight division.
“Chazz Witherspoon is one of America ’s most talented and compelling young heavyweights. I am proud to add him to a boxing event already rich in talent,” said Lou DiBella, president of DiBella Entertainment.
