The Baron, Jim Raschke to Appear at Gotch Open House May 19, Talks to TDR

Many of you know him as “Baron Von Raschke” go back a little further and you’ll discover that one of America’s most hated pro wrestling villains was actually a very accomplished amateur wrestler as well.

You can meet “the Baron” and many others on Thursday May 19th at Rustix restaurant in Humboldt Iowa as we gather to raise funds to errect a statue to the life of the great Frank Gotch. Featured speaker will be noted historian and author Mike Chapman. We’ll see you Thursday at 5 for this celebration of the life of one of the best wrestlers the world has ever known.
