CASTILLO-HARRIS FOR THE WBC LATINO CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE ON JUNE 6TH AT THE LEGENDARY BLUE HORIZON

PHILADELHIA (May 20, 2008)—The stakes got even bigger for the main event that will take place on Friday 6th at The Legendary Blue Horizon in Philadelphia.
Elieser Castillo of Miami & Adam Harris of Philadelphia will engage in a cruiserweight battle scheduled for twelve rounds and it will be contested for the WBC Latino Cruiserweight title.
Castillo, 30-6-2 with seventeen knockouts is no stranger to winning championships.
The Miami native has won titles such as WBC Continental Americas cruiserweight title, IBO Inter-Continental heavyweight title, NABF heavyweight title and would like to add the WBC Latino cruiserweight bout to his already crowded trophy case.
Harris, 10-0 with seven knockouts has yet to win a title and is hungry to add a belt to his already undefeated record.
When a fighter who has fought the whose who of the heavier weight divisions such as Castillo taking on a hungry undefeated fighter like Harris, you can be sure that they will bring the best out of each other.
An outstanding undercard has been put together:
Jules Blackwell of Phoenixville, Pa (7-0-2, 2 KO’s) takes on Tyrell Samuel (9-2, 5 KO’s) of Baltimore in an eight round Featherweight bout.
Steve Chambers Upsher (16-1-1, 4 KO’s) and Jaime Morales (4-7, 2 KO’s) get it on in a six round Jr. Welterweight battle of Philadelphian’s.
Ran Nakash (12-0, 8 KO’s) of Haifa, Israel return to the Legendary Blue Horizon when he takes on James Porter (5-12-1, 1 KO) of Terre Haute, Indiana in a six round Cruiserweight bout.
Fresh off his impressive debut at The Blue Horizon on April 11, Mario Mina (1-0, 1 KO) of Brooklyn, New York gets it on with Robert Florentino (2-3, 2 KO’s) of Indianaplis, Indiana.
Gerald Smith (2-0, 1 KO) of Philadelphia takes on Ronnie Boyd (5-3, 2 KO’s) of Washington, DC in a four round Super Featherweight fight.
Paul Fernandez (2-1-1, 2 KO’s) takes on Ian Ransburg (1-0, 1 KO) of Indianapolis in a four round Featherweight bout
June 6 will also mark the return of Jr. Middleweight Orlando Lewis (4-1, 4 KO’s) of Vineland, New Jersey
