NEW YORK (August 26, 2011)—On Thursday afternoon at Club 1849 in New York City, Rob Diaz Havoc Boxing Promotions hosted the kick off Press Conference in advance of a special night of professional boxing that will take place on Saturday night September 10th at the Aviator Sports Complex in Brooklyn.
In the main event, Hot Super Middleweight prospect Joel Castillo will put his perfect record on the line when he takes on an opponent to be named.
The co-feature will be a world title bout as Brooklyn’s Amanda Serrano will vie for the IBF Super Featherweight title against an opponent to be named.
Some of the best rising talent in the tri-state area will be on display which will include the American debut of Colombian Cruiserweight knockout artist Santander Silgado

NOTE—The show is an 11 bout card and to honor the 10th anniversary of 9/11, ALL EMS workers which includes Fireman, Police Officers, EMT workers can receive a 20% discount on their tickets at the door with proof of proper ID….There will be a final press conference that is tentatively scheduled for September 8th.
