FIGHT WEEK SCHEDULE: Beginning Thursday, July 5 from 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. four of our title fight participants (Marvin Eastman, Wes Sims, Rob Kimmons, Chris Guillen) will be at Randy Couture’s gym, Xtreme Couture MMA (www.xtremecouture.tv) located at 4055 West Sunset, Las Vegas, NV 89188. HDNet will be interviewing and filming footage of each fighter for one hour for their broadcast. The schedule is as follows: Marvin Eastman – 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, Wes Sims – 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, Rob Kimmons – 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Chris Guillen – 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. You are invited to attend this event and interview the fighters and take pictures as each one completes their session with HDNet.
On Friday, July 6 a Press Conference is scheduled from 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. at Orleans Arena in Meeting Room Gold C. Snacks and drinks provided.
Immediately following the press conference, the official Weigh-In will take place promptly at 4:00 p.m.
On fight night, Saturday, July 7 the doors will open at 6:00 p.m. with 10 fights scheduled. Post fight interviews will be immediately after each fight. Fighters will be available outside locker rooms for interviews. Your media credential will give you access to the locker room area, but not inside the locker room. A press conference will be held after the last fight in Meeting Room Gold C.
MEDIA PARKING: Southeast Corner of the Orleans Arena, located directly behind The Orleans Hotel and Casino. This is the entrance located off of Arville. The address of the Orleans Arena is W. Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89103.
CREDENTIALS: Credential pick up will be held at the Arena Southeast lobby (off of Arville) during the press conference and weigh-ins or picked up at will call the night of the event. You will be required to provide necessary identification upon receipt of your credential, i.e. drivers license, passport, work badge.
You must carry your own personal photo ID (driver’s license or passport) at all times while wearing your credential. Note: We remind all journalists that recording devices of any kind are not permitted inside the Orleans Arena the night of the event.
TELEPHONE LINES: To order a telephone line, contact Robert Esposito, Orleans Arena Event Coordinator, at 702-365-7469 by July 3rd. The cost is $125/per day plus long distance. Local and 800 calls are free. Internet can be provided at $50 per day per computer. It can be setup the day of the show by clicking on your web browser and following simple instructions for an access code. The building has excellent wireless internet access and great speed.

By fax, please include the above information on company letterhead. An email confirmation will be sent by Tuesday, July 3 if your request is approved.
