WHAT: Lamont and Anthony Peterson will spend this Thanksgiving helping those in need as they volunteer to serve and deliver Thanksgiving meals and baskets to some of the Washington DC’s less fortunate residents.
On Thursday, November 24, Thanksgiving Day, they will join the staff at the Central Union Mission to prepare and serve food to members of the homeless community.

FACTS: “Capital Showdown: Khan vs. Peterson,” a 12-round Unified Super Lightweight World Title Fight for Khan’s WBA World Super Championship and IBF World Championship taking place on Saturday, Dec. 10 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC, is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and Khan Promotions and sponsored by Cerveza Tecate, DeWalt Tools and AT&T. Also featured will be a 10-round heavyweight battle between Seth “Mayhem” Mitchell and Timur Ibragimov.
