Sampson Boxing Retains Andre Courtemanche/Big Media Buzz as Public Relations Firm

Nov. 28, 2011 – International boxing promoter and advisor Sampson Lewkowicz ofSampson Boxing today announced he has retained the services of noted boxing publicist Andre Courtemanche and his firm Big Media Buzz.

 

Having one of the world’s best eyes for raw boxing talent, Lewkowicz is best known for representing current WBC Diamond Belt Middleweight Champion Sergio “Maravilla” Martinez.

 

Lewkowicz also currently advises world champions and top contenders such as Krystof Wlodarzyk (IBF Cruiserweight), Shane Cameron (heavyweight), Lucas Matthyse (light welterweight), Chris “The Dragon” John (WBA Featherweight), Anselmo Moreno (WBA Bantamweight), Michael “The Great” Katsidis (WBO Interim Lightweight), Ryan Kielczewsky (super featherweight) and Donnie Nietes (WBO Minimumweight and Light Flyweight).

 

The following fighters are also under contract to Sampson Boxing: Magomed Abdusalamov, Javier Campillo, Alexander Brand, Julius Jackson, Noe Gonzalez, John Jackson, Samuel Rogers, Victor Cayo, Javier Fortuna, Daoud Yordan, Braulio Rodriguez, Marvin Sonsona, Juan Carlos Abreu, Hugo “Cuatito” Ruiz, Froilan Saludar, Jonriel Casimero, Cecilia “La Reyna” Comunales, Diana Santana, Stacy Riele, Ada Velez, and Melinda Cooper

“I wanted to bring my operations in North America up a level and there was no one else I even considered to handle my public relations than Andre,” explained Lewkowicz. “If you are in the boxing business, then you know he is a machine, constantly putting out releases for his clients. No one works as hard as he does in boxing PR and I’m very happy to be bringing him aboard.”

 

Lewkowicz says the acquisition of Courtemanche is the first of many high-profile moves he will be making in the near future.

 

“My company, Sampson Boxing, will be expanding operations all over the world and especially in North America where many of our great champions have found their way to fame and fortune. We have several other big announcements to make in the near future, so our new publicist will be very busy. It’s going to be a big 2012 for Sampson Boxing and its fighters.”
