FightZone TV is proud to announce that once again they will be partnering with Ultimate Warrior Challenge (UWC) as world-class professional mixed marital arts action makes its highly anticipated return to the Patriot Center on Saturday, October 11, 2008, when Ultimate Warrior Sports Development, LLC, and WJFK – 106.7 present UWC – “Confrontation.”
FightZone’s Jay Adams will be cageside to bring fans all the exciting Play By Play action of DC’s biggest all pro MMA Ultimate Cage Fighting Event for future airings to over 25 million homes on Sun Sports, SportSouth and Comcast/PA/NJ/DE.

UWC – “Invasion” held last April entertained nearly 5,000 fans at the Patriot Center and drew rave reviews from the MMA community for its nonstop action from start to finish and highly charged and celebrity-filled environment. The event featured a mix of accomplished fighters, UFC veterans and local stars putting on an outstanding and highly talked about show. Superstars such as Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, Andre “The Pitbull” Arlovski, Brandon “The Truth” Vera and others traveled across the country to get a firsthand look at the UWC presentation.

“Based on the success of our first DC-area show last April, we’re very optimistic and looking forward to putting on an even greater event with Confrontation,” said Ultimate Warrior Sports Development CEO S. Marcello Foran.
