PHILADELPHIA (October 1, 2008)—This Saturday night, HBO Boxing After Dark presents an outstanding tripleheader and one of the featured Participants will sport the acclaimed CovGlove during one of televised bouts

Fresh off the heels of Joshua Clottey winning the IBF Welterweight Crown, Andrey Tsurkan will look to follow in Clottey’s footsteps by having his hand raised and showing the newest innovation in the world of boxing.

Tsurkan will be wearing the CovGlove. The CovGlove is a leather sleeve that is placed over the tape and secures the tape from coming loose and interrupting the action in the ring.

Tsurkan, 26-3 with seventeen knockouts will battle Alfredo Angulo in fight that looks to be a thrilling affair.
