Rob Koll Expects Big Home Crowd Vs. Lehigh, Talks Dake, Bosak with Takedown

Dake won his first match of the day, 7-1, over the No. 4 seed, Steven Monk, of North Dakota State. In the finals, Dake won the championship over the No. 7 seed, Hepburn, who won by default in the quarterfinals over the second seed, Walter Peppelman of Harvard.
At 125 pounds, Perrelli defeated Ohio State’s Johnni DiJulius, 5-2 to advance to the finals. In the championship bout, he was edged out by Kent State’s Nicholas Bedelyon, 3-1.
Bosak defeated fourth seeded Jacob Swartz, 2-1, in the semifinals at 184 pounds. He placed second after dropping a 7-3 decision to the No. 2 seed, Wyoming’s Joe LeBlanc, in the finals.
At 141 pounds, Nevinger defeated the No. 5 seed, Dalton Jensen of Nebraska-Kearney, 4-2 in the wrestle backs to the open the day. He then faced returning NCAA champion Kellen Russell of Michigan. Russell won a 7-1 decision. Nevinger placed eighth after losing a 7-2 decision to North Carolina’s Evan Henderson.
Cornell will break for the winter holidays, and will return to action after the new year at the Southern Scuffle, Jan. 1-2.
