SM PROMOTIONS GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY OF CICERO

Chicago, Illinois (January 31, 2012) – SM Promotions CEO, Sammy Merza, is giving back to the community of Cicero, Illinois by donating 100 tickets to his upcoming show, helping the Clyde Park District Youth Program. The goal is to give the kids in the program an opportunity to see something positive in boxing while helping them stay away from gangs and drugs. SM Promotions presents “International Rumble in Cicero”, Friday, February 17, 2012, at theCicero Stadium in Cicero, Illinois, a district outside of Chicago.
Meza went on to say, “I want the community of Cicero to know that there are some constructive events happening here that are beneficial to helping kids get off the streets. I love kid’s and want to guide them in the right direction by keeping them busy, and boxing is a great sport that can lead to a positive life style. When I was a kid I had a dream of being in the ring and these types of programs helped me achieve that goal. Those who pick up their tickets from Cicero Stadium will be helping the kids who are in need at the Clyde Park District Youth Program.”

Tickets can also be purchased at the Cicero Stadium box office Monday – Friday from 9:00 A.M – 8:00 P.M. and on Saturday from 9:00 A.M – 3:00 P.M. Cicero Stadium is located at 1909 S.
