WHAT: This week on “Inside MMA,” HDNet’s original MMA news program, some of the best trainers in the business share their insight into the brutal and exhausting training regimes of top MMA fighters. Hosts Kenny Rice and Bas Rutten are joined this Friday by Xtreme Couture’s Shawn Tompkins, who has trained Randy Couture, Forrest Griffin and others; American Top Team’s Ricardo Liborio, trainer to Mike Brown and Thiago Alves; and Minnesota Martial Arts’ Greg Nelson, who has worked with several UFC champions, including Brock Lesnar and Sean Sherk.
