ENDURANCE SPORTSWEAR AND KUBED FIGHT GEAR FORMS APPAREL SPONSORSHIP AGREEMENT WITH TAKEDOWN WRESTLING RADIO

Des Moines, IA- August 21, 2007 – Up and coming apparel company, Endurance Sportswear and Kubed Fight Gear announced an exclusive agreement with TakeDown Radio (TDR) today. Under the agreement, the manufacturer of shirts and hats becomes the sole apparel vendor represented on-air and as part of live broadcast promotions.

Formed in 2005, Endurance and Kubed primarily focused on the MMA (mixed martial arts) market and have been expanding their interest to other combat and extreme sports recently. “Nowhere is the requirement for endurance more important than with wrestling” commented company founder Kelvin Thompson. “We were originally drawn to TDR based on their increasing coverage of MMA. Once we began learning about wrestling, we found an amazingly committed and supportive new world was opening to us” Thompson added.

Kubed, an acronym for “knuckle up, break em’ down” was created by Thompson to communicate the essence of combat sports. All products sold by the company were designed by Thompson and his four member team. Consumers purchase goods from the company’s web site and at sporting events throughout the country. In a separate deal, Endurance and Kubed reached a new agreement with TDR’s sister company, Midwest Sports Entertainment Group, L.L.C., a producer of live events.

Part of the Endurance/Kubed philosophy from the beginning was giving back to the communities they serve. Ten percent of all proceeds go to charitable organizations, including homeless shelters. Current plans are underway to create a line of camouflage apparel where 100% of proceeds will go to US Armed Forces stationed in the Middle East.

“This is not just another sponsorship deal for a radio program. This is the continued melding of the combat sports worlds and the addition of a valuable citizen to the wrestling community” offered Scott Casber, TDR’s founder. “There have been a numerous synergistic agreements recently that served to unite. Our new relationship with Endurance/Kubed clearly continues that trend.” Casber added.
