Dino Duva, promoter for Sam Peter, says that the heavyweight contender now has two nicknames. He remains “The Nigerian Nightmare,” but has been dubbed “The Sledgehammer” by Duva because of his KO power and this photo, on a recent visit to Peter’s training camp in the Poconos. Peter gets a shot at the title against champion Oleg Maskaev at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night, October 6. Showtime will televise.
