Agreement to Reach Over 8 Million Viewers
SARASOTA, FL. (October 20, 2007)
A growing Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) team fighting league, Bonecrunch Fighting and FightZone TV are pleased to announce an agreement to broadcast Bonecrunch’s 2008 season on the SunSports Network to over 6 million Florida homes and nationally to over 2 million subscribers of Direct TV and the Dish Network.
Andrew Neitlich, Bonecrunch Fighting CEO said, “The majority of our teams are located in major Florida markets, and so it is a great fit for us to air on FightZone TV which reaches all of Florida’s major markets. Also, SunSports is owned by Fox Sports Network, adding to the credibility of these broadcasts.”
He added, “We plan on doing at least 4 broadcasts during the 2008 season, including our finals when we crown a Bonecrunch Fighting championship team. Each broadcast will air at least four times, giving our sponsors great visibility at a very affordable price.”
The first round of fights in the season will take place January 12 at Lakeland Center and February 9 at Sarasota’s Robarts Arena. Winning teams advance to a semi-finals, followed by a finals to determine the season’s champion. Randy Harris of Talking Sports Network will be the lead commentator, assisted by Benjamin Glossip and Joe Marquis.
Bonecrunch Fighting is the nation’s first mixed martial arts (MMA) league with local teams and local fan allegiance, entertaining fans with evenly matched professional fights and lively between-fight entertainment.
