Comebacking Swedish heavy Attila Levin is off Di Bella Entertainment´s show in Hollywood, Florida, October 30, for promotional reasons. On the show are Cuban stars Yuriorkis Gamboa and Yan Barthelemy. Gamboa, at feather, face Brazilian Adailton de Jesus, who´s # 11 with the WBA. Barthelemy, at flyweight, is in against Alejandro Moreno. Levin will return at a later date with a different promoter.
EBU supermiddle champ Cristian Sanavia´s defence against German veteran Danilo Haussler will now go ahead December 8 in a supporting bout to IBF ruler Arthur Abraham´s next defence. The site is likely to be Basle, Switzerland.
WBA light fly champ Juan Carlos Raveco defends against Frenchman Brahim Asloum December 8 in Le Cannet.
Heavyweight boxer Awad Tamim disappeared in Helsinki Monday afternoon – just hours before fighting Oleg Platov – and is still missing. Tamim didn´t use the return ticket he had. The only thing known about the Tanzanian prior to this fight was that he in his sole confirmed profight had rocked Russian Dennis Bahktov before getting stopped.
The Russian Federation have changed the the draw given in the lightheavy fight between Dawid Kostecki and Bernard Donfack. The Council acknowledges that the referee made a mistake in not counting over Donfack in the seventh. The result is thus changed to a unanimous points win for Kostecki.

Randy Griffin seemed to be do everything right Saturday night against WBA middleweight champ Felix Sturm. He was agressive, worked the full three minutes every round and landed with effective punches in most of the rounds, Fair enough, he had problems with Sturm´s tight defence, walked into a fair share of sharp counters but all in all looked like a winner at the end but got a controversial draw.
