Belgian knockout artist Jackson Osei Bonsu retained the EBU welterweight title last night in Mazures, France, with a third round knockout over Frenchman Nordine Mouchi. Jackson´s fearsome power in either hand have made him the most avoided fighter in Europe.

New Danish promoter Robert Larsen´s first show last night in Gladsaxe can hardly be called success boxingwise. In the mainevent Robert Osiobe had a very soft touch in Peter Balasz, who bascially was just looking for a place to fall down on. Balasz came in as a very late sub for Laszlo Bognar. Welter Christian Bladt had tough night but salvaged a close win with a last round knockdown against Laszlo Komjathi. What Larsen had success with was the event itself with a big crowd on hand and a solid amateur card. Robert is back November 24 in Gilleleje, again with Osiobe and Bladt as the main guys and possible with the comeback of heavyweight Ingvardt Jorgensen.

EBU cruiser champ Vincenzo Cantatore defends the title against Dane Johny Jensen December 14 in Rome. It´s a voluntary defence by Cantatore, who won the title with a close call over Ukrainian Aleksander Gourov. Jensen won the WBA I/C belt in his last fight.

It will now be Panamanian Ahmet Diaz that fight ex-WBA welter champ Souleyman M´Baye November 10 in Paris. Jr middle Christophe Canclaux is now also on the bill that is topped by David Haye vs Jean Marc Mormeck.

R 2 Images & Event returns to Casino Vilamoura in Portugal with jr light Antonio Joao Bento on top against Hungarian Zsolt Nagy.

Pro Box Scandinavia in Stockholm, Sweden, will promote a show in Kampala, Uganda, December 27. PBS have the likes of feather Abdul Sebazalwa, Hassan Saku and jr welter Peter Semo under contract. Come January PBS wants are looking to do a show in Gavle, Sweden.
